American Red Cross Blood Drive

I am pleased to announce that we (or the Red Cross) collected 49 whole blood and 18 double reds for a total of 85 pints at our Blood Drive on November 14th. Gail Blass-Wolczanski did another commendable job. This time of year it is very difficult to get donors out so I think we did very well. The Red Cross said we went over our quota. Thanks to everyone who donated and helped with the drive. Rotarians Gail Wolczanski, Laurie Quinn, Donna Bemiss, Lola Oberon, Walt Balfour (and his lovely, Virginia), Taitia Shelow, and Carol Simmons manned the sign in and the canteen. Another successful community service!
